It looked like our restaurant reservation in Port Clinton was out of reach. I called your service department (we were on the freeway about 10 miles from your shop) they agreed to wait for us. When we got there we were greeted by several tech’s who took the tire off and I purchased a new tire (at dealer cost - the car was 2 days old) they worked like a pit crew from the Daytona raceway and were back on the road and we made our reservation. I told everyone about the story and they were amazed. You earned my business on that occasion. More
