I can't say enough about his dedication to getting me a car and delivering it on time, with minimal hassle on my part. The day of delivery he had everything handled and it went smoothly from transferring plates to helping me set up my phone and getting the electronic settings I desired. Signing final paperwork was well coordinated and I was driving my car home in no time. Tim Senek in the finance dept was fantastic advising me on the various options available and handling the paperwork necessary to get me on the way home as soon as possible. The whole buying process was excellent, no high pressure , just honest information and firm price numbers as we worked through selecting a specific car and options. The delivery day process was just as excellent handling all the paperwork, trading in our old car, and then driving and learning the many controls. Otis was excellent through this whole process! Also should mention Aaron Valentine who handled the loan and purchase paperwork. Again he did a great job without any pressure. The whole process of buying a car with Roush Honda was actually a pleasant experience instead of what previous experiences at other dealers were like.
