I received a call from otto and said the recall and oil change were done but they could not work on the anti-lock brakes he said the diagnostic test did not show a problem so the dummy light was reset. The next day it started going off again. So now I have to take it back and get charged for you to look at it again when it was already there. I don't understand why they couldn't check it out while it was there. I left the vehicle there and didn't expect it back for 2 days. More

After I made an appointment when I arrived was greater and confirmed what I needed done and sent to the waiting room when the car was serviced. After the service consultation the necessary work was completed and my car was in the pickup area and had been cleaned inside and out. Noticed some changes in the waiting room as limited time for food and smaller serving sizes. But got the same great service on the vehicle. More
