One day after receiving my service I received a coupon in mail for money off service. I called and W & L refused to accept couponds because of the way I paid for service... W&L has not fixed my Jeep for over 13 weeks! Inspection was done, needed brakes a month later… Needed a thermostat, was told might be a year till I get one, “ just drive it”… I found one in 10 Inspection was done, needed brakes a month later… Needed a thermostat, was told might be a year till I get one, “ just drive it”… I found one in 10 minutes at a local dealership.
