This place is a Joke. I originally took my car in for service back in May. I was told the car was "fixed" to come pick it up. I paid the over $2k bill and walked out to my I originally took my car in for service back in May. I was told the car was "fixed" to come pick it up. I paid the over $2k bill and walked out to my car. The check engine light was still on, and the code it threw was the same code I took it in for. I walked back in and let them know. I wanted to lose my mind after paying the over $2k bill but I didn't. I leave the car for them to "fix it" again. I then get a call to come pick up the car its all "fixed". I drive the car to work and it just shuts off on its own while driving. I then push it to the side of the road. I'm so glad I didn't have my family in there car while I'm driving on the interstate. I call the dealership and explain what just happened. I was told to bring it back in. It turns out the "tech" working on it bent a connector and I was told the car should never have started. What the "F" are we even doing. I could have lost my patience, but I didn't. I'm beyond p****d off!!! I take the car back yet again!! I then get a call several weeks later. I was told don't worry we got the car "fixed". I went picked up the car and wouldn't you know check engine light is on again. The check engine light that comes on is literally for the same issue I originally took it in for. What are we doing W&L? Literally what did you diganose? It's now almost the middle of July and still no car. I have a manager reach out to me because they had my car for almost 2 weeks after the last time I dropped it off. I heard nothing so I reached out. When I called I was told they will be ordering another part for the car, but it was backordered. Why did we just order the part today when I called in? Why didn't we order it 2 weeks ago when I dropped the car off? I asked for a managers number and I was contacted by Roy. I explained to Roy what happened and I was out over $2k and still didn't have my car. I had the car back for the same issue more times than I can count. Roy tells me that they also have money in the car. DUDE are you kidding me right now??? I did lose my xxxx on him. I mean what are we doing? At this point they are just throwing parts at the car and hoping for the best. It's now July 18th and I picked up my car. It's almost on empty even though it was left there with a full tank of gas. I WILL NEVER go back to this place. I don't know how they could still be in business. More
