Owen educationed us on vehicles and models while we test drove a few. My husband and I have never had that type of one on one. Tom the financial manger was very personable and kind hearted. Heather in the finance department was extraordinary in explaining each aspect of the final paper work. McDonald's is a great place where everyone works together and helps one another. More
