So i Bought a 2017 Cacillac XT5 about 4 months ago took on test drive and all seamed to be ok than at the 3 month mark i have had to replace the engine there is no way that they couldnt have not known that on test drive and all seamed to be ok than at the 3 month mark i have had to replace the engine there is no way that they couldnt have not known that the engine was going to go out espically at only total of 89000 mile and am still having issues after the replacement had to change out he fuel pump and its still in the shop trying to work out all the issues. I will never purchase an other vehicle from HGreg in orlando after i have read some more of the reviews on this company they are a bunch of laires and cheats they fall into to the total car sales image that everyone doesnt want to come accrossed. STAY AWAY FROM THIS DEALER LAIERS AND CHEATS. JUST TO MAKE THE MONEY OFF HARD WORKING AMERICANS!!!!!! More

Frank Guierre was absolutely first class...unfortunately his finance manager a delivered cashiers check within 2 days by Fedex wasn’t good enough for him so the deal fell through. What a plonker! Scammers who don't return checks to your bank My husband and I looked online and picked out a vehicle. We had been pre approved through our bank and had everything ready to go, they already got th My husband and I looked online and picked out a vehicle. We had been pre approved through our bank and had everything ready to go, they already got their check. When we showed up and test drove it, there was no a/c. There was also rust on the under carriage and also inside the vehicle. Obviously we were no longer interested since I'm not paying 20k for a lemon. Now they are refusing to send the voided check back to our bank. The manager just puts you in hold then the line is disconnected. BEWARE THEY ARE SCAMMERS I'm not going to let it bother me to much because at this point we're just preparing to press charges More

Would recommend this place to any and everyone! I went in to look for a second car and was greeted at the front. Right away we were paired with a sales rep. We were assisted by Marcos Gomez who was I went in to look for a second car and was greeted at the front. Right away we were paired with a sales rep. We were assisted by Marcos Gomez who was extremely helpful and patient with helping us find the right car. My boyfriend was a first time buyer and Marcos made the experience fun and smooth. The prices are unbeatable as well. If you are in the market for a car check out Marcos he is the sales person i`d go with he will make the experience fun and make sure you get exactly what you want for the best rates. He did such a great job that I am going to be coming back in to trade my car and get another through him. All in all I will be back in the future to purchase from HGreg and do any trades its your one stop shop and it was one of the best experiences so for your next ride stop in and ask for Marcos Gomez. :) More

Sold me a car with wrong key and undivuged crash damage I bought a 2018 Nissan Murano from them. Warning ight came on for the crash sensor. I took it to my dealer, and was informed that the crash sensor was I bought a 2018 Nissan Murano from them. Warning ight came on for the crash sensor. I took it to my dealer, and was informed that the crash sensor was smashed, but not replaced. Since it was crash damage, it is not covered by the warranty. $1200 dollars to replace it. The key they gave me was for a Nissan Ultima. key was uncut and will not work in my car. Another 350 dollars. Their response when I called them, was too bad. I will not ever buy from them again. More

We were told it had the remainder of its factory warranty. During our purchase time with sales and finance staff, they noted many times that the vehicle carries the manufacturer’s warranty of Three-year 36,000 During our purchase time with sales and finance staff, they noted many times that the vehicle carries the manufacturer’s warranty of Three-year 36,000-mile bumper to bumper and Five-year 60,000-mile drive train coverage. At that time, they offered to sell us additional warranty in which we declined. The next week when we called our local Jeep dealership to begin scheduled maintenance it was noted that the vehicle originated in Canada and warranty does not extend when registered in the United States of America. I was concerned to say the least. I called Hgreg and spoke to Tommy the sales floor manager. He was surprised and called his sister who works at a FCA dealership in or near Orlando and verified it was true. He immediately offered a full dollar for dollar credit on any vehicle exchange at Hgreg. I thought this was a good offer and asked for a comparably equipped Jeep Grand Cherokee SRT. We have been searching for a vehicle like this for some time and its options, which we were very particular about. We called back and spoke to Tommy and he asked us to email the particulars into him so he could escalate this to his manager on Monday. Here is a copy of that email sent on 6-7-2019. ___________Start EMAIL_______________ "Tommy, Sorry for the delay in getting this to you. My stepfather is in hospice and our schedules have been difficult. I will attempt to recap what has transpired over the last two weeks with HGreg. We have been searching for specific Chrysler SRT vehicles with the special colored Laguna leather interior package. On 05/24/19 we found a 2017 Jeep Grand Cherokee SRT with ruby red leather interior at HGreg Orlando. We found the vehicle online, went to the dealer to test drive, liked what we found, decided to trade our vehicle, purchase the truck, and we were driving it home in less than 4 hours. The experience at dealer with sales, insurance and finance was one the best buying experiences we have ever had. It only came with one key fob. We called a dealer near us and ordered a second one. The oil change alert showed up on the truck. We called the dealer to schedule the oil change and key fob programming. In the process of getting our info into the system; they told us the VIN has no warranty unless the vehicle is registered in Canada. We have tried several aftermarket warranty companies, and all tell us they cannot apply to a Chrysler vehicle from Canada. We called HGreg Orlando, after several transfers and call backs, we spoke with Tommy, the Orlando sales floor manager. Tommy did some research and called us back and offered a trade. We feel that HGreg is being reasonable with that offer. We are just not sure if you have another vehicle that we want. What is the next step? After some time, he mentioned that he would have to take this up with the GM and we hung up. On Monday June 17th, 2019 We called Tommy to follow up and get an update. He wasn’t in the loop and had to check with GM and would call us back. Approx. 30 mins later, Tommy called back with updated. He mentioned that the GM (Carlos Rosario) said that we were on our own with the warranty problem, with an offer for us to purchase Extended warranty for $3,000+ he did not have an exact number. We asked Tommy to put that in writing. More

Wonderful sales crew, big selection, TERRIBLE service crew I was quite pleased with my salesman, Ameur. He’s a great guy who was very easy to talk to. I was also very pleased with the finance department. Everything was explained to me in full detail, and I was very happy with the rates that we reached. However, 2 days after leaving the dealership, my brakes started squealing very loud. I brought it back to the dealership, they said they worked on the rotors and it should be OK now. Wrong. A day later the squealing returned. Within three days, it was so loud that people on the other side of the road, in their vehicles, with the windows up were staring at me as I stopped. Back to the dealership. The service department calls me and tells me they don’t hear the squealing. I told them to take it back out for a test drive because it’s impossible they’re not hearing it. Later they tell me the rotors were bad , The work has been done and I can come get the vehicle. I get a ride back to the dealership, pull out and start driving. Within two minutes, I hear this horrible, loud clanging and grinding noise coming from the front wheels. Right back to the dealership. It turns out the rotors weren’t installed properly, and one was coming off! The service managers deeply apologized to me and take it back to work on it again. It’s now two days after my second trip back, and the brakes are squealing once again. I’m so unhappy. I’ve spent a lot of money in rideshare back-and-forth from the dealership and missed work hours. It appears that I’ll have to go back to the dealership - again to have more brake work done. More
