When a model came in to test drive, we were promptly informed--but not hassled. When we came in met Ozzy as our salesman, it turned out to be a terrific experience. We were lucky to have him working with us. Ozzy. He listened attentively to our needs and concerns, took us on a nice, long test drive and explained all the features of the vehicle and patiently answered our question. He made us fee like we were the only customer he had. And when it came time to make the deal, he searched high and low to find us the car that we really wanted in terms of colors and extras and worked diligently with us to come up with the price that we wanted to pay.
