Iâve bought my 24 Sierra ev twice to legacy service and they still havenât fixed my issues those two times. They tell you vehicle is fixed and itâs not when you get there. Truck was in shop for 9 days. The they still havenât fixed my issues those two times. They tell you vehicle is fixed and itâs not when you get there. Truck was in shop for 9 days. They tried telling me they couldnât replicate the problem but when I showed them it, it didnât work in front of them. They canât fix simple problems like my power folding mirror on drivers side stays folded in and steering wheel is rubbing with steering column. All they say is reschedule another appointment. Iâll never use this dealer again. In fact because of how disappointed I was Iâve sold my truck and bought a different brand. Service advisor Becky Thompson seems like she hates her job, nasty attitude when I dropped my truck off and service Manager Pat Roe looked annoyed when I explained to him they didnât fix anything. If you canât admit youâre wrong this isnât the job for you. More
