Pedro Sosa provided the most incredible car buying experience. From the moment I arrived in the showroom, Pedro greeted me and promptly provided information about the exact Honda we discussed on the experience. I was very honest and shared my concerns about the price of a new lease. Pedro assured me he would be able to find a Civic for the price I recommended. And he did. No strings attached. He also relayed my concerns to the financial consultant who also promised not to offer additional packages that I was unable to buy. It was awesome. In less than two hours, I shook hands with Pedro and drove off with a new Honda Civic for an incredible price. I have purchased at least 10 cars in my life from various dealers. Pedro provided, by far, the most pleasurable experience. He is an asset to the Honda corporation and is to be commended for his skills as a salesman. Within a seven day period, I have visited 4 dealerships and didn't know what car to choose. After considering a Camaro and Mercedes, I visited the Honda location in Passaic and was assisted by Pedro who ma and didn't know what car to choose. After considering a Camaro and Mercedes, I visited the Honda location in Passaic and was assisted by Pedro who made everything so easy for me to understand, from the details of the car to my payment options. Many of the other dealerships not only wanted to get a car off their lot but also get as much as they can from me but Pedro and his team, worked very close with me and understood my long term goals with this vehicle and my current finances. After taking a quick test drive, while Pedro walked me thoroughly through the amenities and all the tech toys the car possessed, I arrived back at the dealership with my mind made up. Pedro was a great help with my decision and I'm now a proud own of a 2014 Honda Accord Sport!!!! More

My experience at this dealership was a long and tedious one. Upon meeting my initial salesman, Pedro, I felt positive about what my buying experience was going to be like. However, when I (a previous cus one. Upon meeting my initial salesman, Pedro, I felt positive about what my buying experience was going to be like. However, when I (a previous customer) returned to purchase a car with two other family members, I was met by a less desirable salesman who has since left. He was rude and vain from the moment we entered and did not seem to be operating on the "up and up". Upon returning to pick up a family member's car, I was met by my initial salesman, Pedro again. Pedro is a patient, hard-working young man who does not push and is willing to do the best he can for you. We test drove a couple of cars and I left my information so that Elaine, could work on my approval for credit. A couple of days later, Natasha, the Business Development Center Manager, called to speak with me. She had reviewed my file, did not like what she saw, and wanted to know why I did not purchase from the previous salesman. When I explained to her my negative experience and how he had not worked at all with 2/3 of us, she offered to not only honor the amount offered for my trade in, but also give me the best possible price on a new vehicle. She also extended the same courtesy to my sister who had the same negative experience. My sister and I worked with Natasha, Pedro, and Elaine to get new cars, at the best credit rates possible. The next day, 4 1/2 hours later, my sister purchased her car. A few days later, at the last moment, at 9 pm, the store's manager Ed, tried to extinguish my deal. He tried to slip paperwork past me to sign that de-valued my trade in, offering $1,500 less than I was told I was getting. And when I started to discuss it, he tried every possible ploy possible, even demeaning my credit rating. He tried to use a humiliation tactic when his sales pitch did not hold up. And then, he had me sit for an additonal 20 minutes while he went on a rant on the telephone outside. The only reason I returned to this dealer, with family members in tow to purchase cars as well, was because of the hard work and honesty of the only two women working there, Natasha and Elaine. You would think that when a returning customer returns to purchase a vehicle and brings two more people in, they'd be treated with more respect.....not by the store's general manager. So if you look to purchase a vehicle from this dealership, be on your toes, read everything carefully, and when you're unsure about whether or not your being treated fairly, call up Natasha and Elaine. More

I went to garden state honda in clifton on rt 3 to buy a car.i love hondas and previouslsy owned one. i walked in and was immediately with a sales associate michael nashed. now of course i was escorted by s car.i love hondas and previouslsy owned one. i walked in and was immediately with a sales associate michael nashed. now of course i was escorted by step father whos main concern was me getting the best deal for my money. so of course michael was put through the ringer but he was very patient and friendly. he put up a lot with step father and was more then willing to answer every concern and question we had. he let me test drive the 2013 honda civic and the 2013 honda fit. and like michael said..the FIT fit. pedro was my next associate to try and work some financial magic to get me the best interest rate and he did! i couldnt have been happier what we was able to do for me. lastly i met with elanie the business mananger to make sure i understood what i was signing...everyone was very friendly. very helpful and i drove away that night in my first brand new car! i would definitely recommend this dealership and any honda vechile to anyone. they are willing to work with you despite your finacial past! i will definitely be recommending michael and all of garden state honda for anyone's next car purchase! happily signed, chrisite More
