Exceptional customer service!! I have to say this has been the best experience when it comes down to how the team helpEd me and my husband pick a car. Ruby was patient and accommoda I have to say this has been the best experience when it comes down to how the team helpEd me and my husband pick a car. Ruby was patient and accommodating while the gentleman with the light eyes (Unfortunately I forgot his name) was understanding that we were set with a budget and he made sure he tried his very best to get us close to the payments we wanted. Finally Pedro came in and suggested the Honda Accord sport. Which was one of our three choice before going into the dealership. To my surprise I was pleased That after a few hours of being there and to point out it was closing time and the three individuals never made us feel like it was time to go. we finally decided to leased a car and brought it home with all the bells and whistles at the budget we were asking. I want to say thank you so much for making it seamless but most importantly giving us expectational customer service, to which I will recommend to my friends and family to visit the garden state plaza in Clifton.
