Had an overall positive experience I found the lease special offer on the 2019 honda accord lx on the garden state honda website very attractive and called the dealership if they will h I found the lease special offer on the 2019 honda accord lx on the garden state honda website very attractive and called the dealership if they will honor the deal exactly as it states on the website. They said yes and I went there. I found the sales person (Alvaro) very friendly and helpful and he didn’t try to push and talk me out of that offer and get me into some more expensive deal which may have been more profitable for the dealership. He did a good job explaining to me the vehicle and it’s features and made me feel comfortable. He also gave me his email id and phone for any questions I may have. Same can be said about his manager (Pedro) also. The only peeve I have is that they said that the lease offer was inclusive of $750 loyalty discount and since I wasn’t eligible for the same that amount had to be added to my monthly payments. I expected them to waive me that charge but they didn’t budge. I didn’t want to call off the deal for a difference of $750 but that was the only glitch in what was otherwise very smooth experience. When I came to take the delivery, Alvaro showed me my car and then had me talk to the finance manager (Ali) for signing my lease papers. Ali was also a very friendly guy and explained all the papers I had to sign. I will wholeheartedly recommend the dealership to my friends but caution them to call and discuss all fine print with dealership before going there and finalizing the deal. More

Leasing a new CR-V I went to Garden State Honda to lease a new CR-V. I was greeted by Dave Russo, one of their salesmen. I told him what I was looking for and he helped I went to Garden State Honda to lease a new CR-V. I was greeted by Dave Russo, one of their salesmen. I told him what I was looking for and he helped me in getting the right model. After a brief negotiation, with the help of Pedro Sosa and Jeff DeBiase, we settled on a price that was affordable to me and agreeable to them. It was a smooth process without any pressure. I would highly recommend Dave if you are looking for a new Honda. More

I am very lucky to have been assigned to him because he helped me tremendously in identifying my needs; that after showing at least 4 cars I have made my decision. He is very pleasant, helpful, patient and considered me a family looking for a car. Mr. Genao is an asset to your company. Mr. Pedro Sosa, the manager who assisted me, has been very pleasant and patient and explained in details of the warranty I am entitled to. He was approachable in spite of his busy schedule and answered my questions immediately. Also, he made a follow-up call to make sure everything was all right and apologized for my long wait, which I understood due to the busy day. Overall, I am happy with the staff and definitely willl recommend Garden State Honda at River Drive to my friends. More
