They said yes and I went there. I found the sales person (Alvaro) very friendly and helpful and he didn’t try to push and talk me out of that offer and get me into some more expensive deal which may have been more profitable for the dealership. He did a good job explaining to me the vehicle and it’s features and made me feel comfortable. He also gave me his email id and phone for any questions I may have. Same can be said about his manager (Pedro) also. The only peeve I have is that they said that the lease offer was inclusive of $750 loyalty discount and since I wasn’t eligible for the same that amount had to be added to my monthly payments. I expected them to waive me that charge but they didn’t budge. I didn’t want to call off the deal for a difference of $750 but that was the only glitch in what was otherwise very smooth experience. When I came to take the delivery, Alvaro showed me my car and then had me talk to the finance manager (Ali) for signing my lease papers. Ali was also a very friendly guy and explained all the papers I had to sign. I will wholeheartedly recommend the dealership to my friends but caution them to call and discuss all fine print with dealership before going there and finalizing the deal. More

Mr. Pedro Sosa, the manager who assisted me, has been very pleasant and patient and explained in details of the warranty I am entitled to. He was approachable in spite of his busy schedule and answered my questions immediately. Also, he made a follow-up call to make sure everything was all right and apologized for my long wait, which I understood due to the busy day.
