PJ and the whole crew were wonderful to work with. We wanted to pick our 4 Runner up as soon as possible and they made that happen. In order to make that happen the Runner came off the transport on Saturday morning after 11:00AM and it and we were through all the different departments that go along with buying a new car by 1:30. 1:30 was important to us because we had to be done by 1:30. It was the easiest and fastest we have ever purchased a vehicle and they were so great to accommodate our schedule. We made it to the wedding we were supposed to be at on time thanks to their great work. Not planning on buying another vehicle anytime soon, but if we have to Toyota of Des Moines and PJ will be our first stop. More

Our original salesman lied to us and had poor communication. I complained and was switched to a different salesman and communication improved. However, the communication during the sale was poor communication. I complained and was switched to a different salesman and communication improved. However, the communication during the sale was poor and I was not happy with how quickly we were shown the features on the new car. Many items were not explained to us and those that were were rushed and we could barely follow. He was also very rough when handling my phone, the buttons, etc. Felt like we were just being rushed during the whole process. More
