I went in to replace my leased vehicle and was talked into a cheaper, smaller vehicle. I was very leery to do this, and when I said I would just keep my lease, I was told that I would leave with a new into a cheaper, smaller vehicle. I was very leery to do this, and when I said I would just keep my lease, I was told that I would leave with a new car. I have been a very loyal customer of Toyota for over 20 years. I have never missed a lease payment and have always returned my cars way under the allotted miles and very clean. I would hope that customer loyalty would mean something and help the numbers work in my favor. Instead, I allowed myself to be talked into a smaller, cheaper car that doesn't meet my needs with my 96 pound goldendoodle. I am struggling to figure out how to make it work, but shame on me for not sticking to what I knew I needed. Fool me once, shame on you, fool me twice . . . wait, that won't happen as after this lease is up, I won't be back. More

Went to the dealership to look at a vehicle on Saturday afternoon and drove it home that afternoon. The buying process was uneventful. Due to the inventory shortage there were no dealer incentives, offers, afternoon and drove it home that afternoon. The buying process was uneventful. Due to the inventory shortage there were no dealer incentives, offers, or deals to be made. The delivery department was very busy that afternoon (delivery guy frequently checked his watch). My phone wouldn’t attach to CarPlay so I wasn’t shown how to use the media system. Deliveries of other vehicles we bought at this dealership have been much better. More
