The Jeep sat approximately 3 months without any work on it. They later advised me that it needed a fuel pump that they could not find. I called a friend and located a fuel pump for my vehicle in about 3 days and even had it delivered to the service department. They replaced the fuel pump and the vehicle was repaired, however they wanted to charge me full price for all the work and PJ in service advised me that they would not be repairing the ignition switch recall. He stated that it was an " optional" repair by Chrysler, however since the visit, I have received over a dozen recall notices to repair the safety issue. More

Great attention to my need! My 2007 Ram had been recalled for a potential failure of accident protection air bags. In talking via phone to Chrysler representatives, I was told my truck problem would be resolved by All Star Dodge. I expected to be given an appointment "down the road" for the repair. Mr. Muehling overheard my discussion with a service manager and intervened by asking, "would I like to have if fixed now while you wait?" I answered, "yes" and with that the truck was repaired within an hour. I drove off knowing the air bag would function properly if needed vs. possibly exploding in my face due to the recall issue. That was a first for me and I call it, "performance above the call of duty!" Thanks to Mr. Muehling! More
