I've been coming to Toyota Santa Cruz for years and always had excellent service. The way I was handled that day was to say the least disheartening. I scheduled an appointment. I came in and was told t always had excellent service. The way I was handled that day was to say the least disheartening. I scheduled an appointment. I came in and was told they were down three texts and it would be three hours. Why would you schedule an appointment for someone knowing that they would be sitting there waiting for their vehicle for three hours? Unacceptable to me my time is valuable as well. I think Pablo could have come across a little bit more delicate. I know it's not his fault, but I felt he could've handled it with more finesse. Maybe it was an off day for him I'm hoping. I can tell you one thing I will never schedule again unless I know Hunter is there. Hunter goes the ExtraMile and it's always strives for excellent customer service something that the other service advisor should learn from. More
