During my 100,000-mile service, I paid to have the cabin air filter replaced. Later, when I brought my car in for an oil change, I was told the cabin air filter needed to be replaced again after only 5k miles!?!? That raises a serious concern—was the filter ever replaced during the 100,000-mile service, even though I paid for it? If a service I paid for wasn't actually performed, that's unacceptable. It makes me question what other work may have been skipped. Trust is essential when it comes to vehicle maintenance, and unfortunately, I no longer have confidence in this dealership.

As a follow-up to my previous comment, I do have a receipt for the 100,000-mile service, and it clearly states that the cabin air filter was to be replaced. Despite this documentation, the issue remains unresolved.
I spoke with the sales manager, Chris, regarding the cabin filter concern and was told the matter would be addressed. However, I have yet to receive any follow-up from the dealership. The lack of communication is disappointing and raises serious concerns about the dealership’s commitment to customer service and accountability. At this point, it appears that the dealership is either unwilling to take responsibility for the issue or is choosing to ignore it rather than work toward a resolution.
