I loved her so much I couldn't imagine replacing her. The experience was wonderful and I always took her back there for service. I had researched buying a car for several months before choosing her. Three years later she was in an accident and totaled. Gone. Now I had to buy another car on short notice without the chance to do as much research. (Plus I was still in disbelief that my favorite car ever was gone.) After looking at several options online I knew I had to go back to Wilson County Hyundai. I was just going to get something used to get me through until after we bought our new house. David, my salesperson, was wonderful. He showed me several cars and understood my situation. Without any pressure he suggested getting a new car because the rebates right now were amazing and I would have a full warranty. He was right. I fell in love again. He's a blue Sonata Limited and he shall be called Francis Albert Sonata. On a side note, I HIGHLY recommend getting the GAP Insurance. You never know when your amazing car might have to go to that junkyard in the sky and you still owe money on it. More

I personally dislike how in the year 2017 we still have to negotiate a deal when purchasing a vehicle. However, this dealership has made it rather easy. Michael Lyles was my sales specialist and did a great job in showing me the different SUVs. I felt very relaxed working with him and he answered all my questions. I even stopped by later to get additional help in setting up my navigation system. Once again he answered all my questions. Also I received the trade in value I was looking for my old car and I received a good mark down from the MRSP price tag. So the dealer transaction was a very good one. I rarely do not give out recommendations on anything, but this time I will. I truly felt I got a good deal. More

Past experiences were characterized by high pressure tactics and dealerships more interested in selling me what they wanted to sell rather than finding for me what I wanted to buy. Wilson County Hyundai was unlike any past experience I'd had in buying a car. All of the staff were pleasant, courteous, and informative. They managed to make it clear they wanted my business without excessive pressure to make a snap decision to buy from them. Wilson County Hyundai was the first stop in our search for a new vehicle. After starting the search with them, we went on to visit several other dealerships including Honda, Toyota, and a used car dealer. After test driving all of the vehicles we were interested in, we decided the Elantra was the car for us and were pleased to end our search where it started. We were pleased with the deal we got and very happy with the additional treatment we received as we finished the purchase. Jeffrey Brigner introduced to the staff in the service department and followed up a couple of weeks after the sale to check in and ensure we were still happy with our purchase. I will definitely be back the next time I'm in the market to purchase a vehicle. More

Great Experience!!! I never thought buying a car would be that easy. I don't have great credit, so I was worried about getting a loan. I had spoken to Wayne and Travis in the finance department and they assured my that I would be able to get financing. They we right they got me financed and for a great rate too. Not to mention the salesman I dealt with Dave Smith his patience with me and my wife and several test drives were incredible. He helped us get the perfect car for our family. I could go on all day about the great experience I had there. The whole staff were friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend them to others and will be going back there to buy my next car. P.S I did wind up with a Hyundai. More
