Audree never made me feel as if we were under pressure. Her Sales Manager was equally helpful! Not many people answer a text message on a holiday weekend and he did. We feel that their attention to customer needs are what really sold us. I never figured on a Saturday we would go in and look and drive home a new car. Cars sell themselves as far as we are concerned however the way you are treated at a dealership is paramount. Our car is beautiful and we will recommend them both to anyone we know looking for a car! Everyone we dealt with including Audree, Andrew, Wayne and Paine Bone gave us the satisfaction of experiencing a no pressure sales event. We were very impressed with the details that the dealership's Service Dept. when through in the preparation of a used vehicle. We were purchasing a vehicle for our grand daughter so the safety and quality aspects were of utmost importance. The little things like a oil and filter change, new wiper blades and fresh tires all contributed to our making this purchase. We feel we got a great deal at a price that was affordable. In a conversation style, Rob assessed my needs and then showed me the two autos that fit my needs and wants. I had shopped Ford Explorer and the Kia Sorento, and believe the Santa Fe to be far greater value for the dollar than either of the other two makes. This is my first Hyundai purchase and extremely pleased with its fit, ride, mechanics and features. Rob was able to answer all of my questions, which very few sales people can do. I definitely would encourage people interested in a Hyundai to seek out Rob Crockett and Wilson County Hyundai Dealership. Heck, go see them, even if you are not thinking about a Hyundai Crossover/SUV. It is a great automobile.
