We had reviewed online and picked out two vehicles we wanted to look at. Upon arrival we went into the show room to find a sales person to help us. Pam Hammersmith was there to greet us and help us get the ball rolling for a test drive. Pam was very helpful and informative when answering questions about the vehicles. We were slightly disappointed on the amount offered on our trade in based on the value KBB and the condition of the trade in so, because of that, we decided to sell the car privately and received an amount better suited for the vehicle.
