When I decided to look at a new vehicle lease, he quickly pulled together options and provided me with the best match for my needs at the best price. Pam worked with me on the day I came to pick up the car, from gathering financial information to doing the final vehicle walkthrough. Her knowledge and friendliness made the process move along very swiftly. Matt and I worked on the final details of the lease paperwork, where he was friendly and patient as we signed one document after another. I didn't feel rushed and he was able (and happy) to clearly answer any questions along the way. I've recommended Fair Oaks Ford-Lincoln to friends and will continue to do so after this experience. More

He was very professional with his emails and even remembered from working with my mother and I last year! It took a few emails back and forth to get the price to be close to where I wanted, so he was very patient. I met with Pam to see the vehicles a few days later (evening time) and she was so sweet from start to finish! She still assists me from time to time with tutorials when I call or send her a text! Also - Steve is a shining star at what he does! I made a no-no the night I purchased the vehicle with an after-market warranty I purchased and spoke with him the next day to cancel it and with no hesitation, he was able to. Had to make a couple phone calls to reverse back to the older payment amounts per month as discussed prior before picking the warranty, but called me back within not even 5 minutes with the answer I wanted to hear! Everyone at Fair Oaks Ford-Lincoln Inc treat you like royalty and are not your typical vehicle sales people! Very personable, patient, and work with you with whatever your needs are - especially me since this is the very first vehicle! I definitely recommend them to everybody! More
