Surprise waiting for me at Laurel Kia My vehicle was recently totaled and I was in search of a new vehicle when I stopped by Laurel Kia. I initially went searching for a low mileage pre-ow My vehicle was recently totaled and I was in search of a new vehicle when I stopped by Laurel Kia. I initially went searching for a low mileage pre-owned vehicle of another make/model. Being accustomed to luxury vehicles (Lexus, Acura, BMW, etc.), I was looking right past Kia because their vehicles weren't "my style". After browsing a few pre-owned vehicles of other makes, my sales person (Pam Jackson) asked me what exactly was I looking for in my next vehicle as far as technology and features; I explained to her what I was looking for and she then said, "I wanna show you something", I begrudgingly obliged because I knew she wanted to show me Kia's and I was not interested. I'll keep it brief, but let's just say that when she started showing me some of Kia's offerings, I was impressed by the amount of technology and features that are in their vehicles. By the time it was all said and done, I ended up with a vehicle with all of the "bells and whistles" that I had become accustomed to in more expensive vehicles in a vehicle that was literally half the price of their more expensive competitors. The team at Laurel Kia (Pam Jackson, Darrel Lewis) made this one of the smoothest vehicle purchases that I have ever made. My advice to anyone in the market for a vehicle would be to check out a Kia before you write them off and go to the luxury brands..........you may be surprised at what Kia vehicles have to offer; I know I was!!! Overall pleasant car buying experience. This was probably the least complicated and most pleasant car buying process I've experienced. We discussed preferred trim lines, colors and options This was probably the least complicated and most pleasant car buying process I've experienced. We discussed preferred trim lines, colors and options and found a vehicle on the lot that met all the critical requirements during our first visit to the dealership. On our second visit we test drove the car, negotiated a fair price, signed the paperwork and drove it home. More
