Pamela Lewis is extraordinarily welcoming and my comfort level went from uneasy with the car buying process to a feeling of instant friendship with this genuinely nice person. She explained the trim levels of the Camry model, and answered all my questions about the pricing between New and Pre-owned and illustrated it with examples of what was currently available at the different levels, at the dealership. I test drove a perfectly nice Pre-owned Camry, which gave a very smooth ride and plenty of power up a steep hill, and then we looked at a new Camry that had just arrived. She also introduced me to her manager, who was very relatable and not at all the high-pressure type that one sometimes encounters in this business. All in all, a great experience. More
