Paolo told us that once we owned a Mercedes we would never want to drive another car...and he's right. Paulo is a wonderful Salesperson; he was attentive to our questions, he listened and responded to our needs, he was patient with us and allowed us to explore all the options available at M-B. Paulo is definitely a "no-pressure" person which we truly appreciated and allowed our car buying experience to be a positive one. Paolo is a straight-forward person and not a "fast-talker"; he is genuine and knowledgeable. When we picked up our new M-B, he took the time to go over all of the amazing features in our new M-B without rushing us and without distraction. Also, the people at MB-Boston were friendly and welcoming including Parts Dept (we purchased a few add-on items) and Service (said "hi" while enjoying a health snack from the basket of goodies on the desk.) Also, the manager was friendly and took the time to stop in with us to talk and check in about any questions. Overall, I strongly recommend working with Paolo at M-B of Boston - you will feel happy you purchased a car when working with Paolo. Rave review I would like to begin by saying that I had no intention of leasing another Mercedes Benz as the lease on my 2011 came to an end. Although I was extrem I would like to begin by saying that I had no intention of leasing another Mercedes Benz as the lease on my 2011 came to an end. Although I was extremely happy with the car, and with the excellent level of customer service at Mercedes Benz of Boston, I did not believe that a deal would be possible based on the numbers posted at the MBNA web site. Follow up calls and negotiations with Mercedes Benz of Boston confirmed this assumption, and as May 30 approached, I prepared to purchase a lower-priced vehicle from another dealer. Enter Paolo Castro. From the first conversation, it became apparent that Paolo was completely committed to making a deal happen, and the more I rejected his proposals, the harder he worked on a deal. At one point I emailed him and plainly stated that I was not a buyer at the proposed price point; it was then that he asked for one final call, which is when a deal began to appear likely. During the final week of the month we had several phone conversations, which resulted in more specific negotiations regarding model, options and of course, price. Yesterday I took delivery of a 2014 ML350, and I could not be happier with the vehicle. I cannot say enough good things about Paolo, recommend him with enthusiasm, and look forward to dealing with him again in the future. More
