My name is Paolo Castro and my passion for the Mercedes-Benz brand began at a very young age. My first exposure to a Mercedes-Benz was my father’s E-class 300 diesel. I loved it! I am from a large family, as I am one of 14 children. While I was born in Manila, Philippines, I grew up in California. I made the transition to Boston in May 2013 to be closer to family. I have been fortunate to have 10 years of experience working with guests and assisting them with “putting dreams in driveways.” I strive to provide a positive and no-pressure car buying experience. I am proud to be a part of Mercedes-Benz of Boston and I look forward to working with you.

Most ENTHUSIASTIC Sales Rep I contacted Mercedes Benz of Boston via e-mail through their website. I was contacted by Dana Garcia the Internet Sales Manager, who analyzed all of m I contacted Mercedes Benz of Boston via e-mail through their website. I was contacted by Dana Garcia the Internet Sales Manager, who analyzed all of my needs. This was the first time in ten years I was looking into leasing a new car and was unclear which vehicle I was going to choose. Upon analyzing all of my needs Dana and several phone conversations with Dana it was clear Mercedes was the way to go. Due to Dana's patience, product knowledge and overall customer service I decided to go to the dealership and test drive the car we had discussed. Paolo Castro was my Sales Rep at Mercedes of Boston and I could not have asked for a better person to assist me. As with Dana, Paolo also had intensive product knowledge and was able to answer all questions I had and brought things to my attention that I had not inquired about. I went in for a test drive with Paolo who made me feel very comfortable when driving the car. He knew this was the first time I was ever considering a vehicle of this stature and went through everything the car had to offer. I had very limited time to sit down with Paolo after the initial test drive. Unlike other sales reps that I was dealing with at the time, Paolo was very respectful, patient and did not continue to hassle me with extra phone calls or e-mails. He allowed me to do everything on my own time, but was always there each step of the way when I needed him. When it was time for me to sign the documents to secure the transaction, I called Paolo and informed him I was on my way to sign the documents, however; I needed the transaction to be conducted as quickly as possible as I was running late to a client meeting. Upon my arrival, Paolo and the Business Manager (Jeff Tucker) had everything ready for me and got me out so I was on time for my meetings. The actual delivery of the vehicle was a fun and entertaining experience as Paolo made me laugh a lot while he went through all of the features in the vehicle. His enthusiasm for thoroughly explaining explaining the features of the vehicle only made me more excited about the car. At that point, I was confident in my decision for leasing the car not only because of the car, but the service I was provided as well. Later that day, I received an e-mail from Paolo asking how the car was, I was happy he e-mailed me because I did have a question, but did not want to bother him. Since then, any questions I have I send to Paolo via e-mail/text/phone call and he responds quickly and is always very helpful. In conclusion, I highly recommend Mercedes Benz of Boston the service and overall experience exceeded my expectations. More

Best dealership in Boston! I love my new GLA 250. This is the second car I've purchased from this dealership and the experience was extremely positive both times! The best sales experience I've ever had in a dealership!! Paolo made the buying experience actually enjoyable. He is friendly and takes the time to explain details addressing any of our questions. He knew all the details about the GLK we were looking at and spent the time to show us all the functions. When it came time to deliver the vehicle, Paolo drove through a blizzard to deliver the vehicle to us. He then took additional time to show us all the features of our new car again. I'd have to say that Paolo is a top notch salesperson and I'd be glad to buy a car from him again. More

From the moment I walked through the door, Paulo Castro and George Kotsiras were so accommodating and made the process absolutely seamless. When I told them it was a surprise for my fiancé they added a bow, which made it extra special. Paulo was very patient as he went through all the features of the car and made sure I left there knowing exactly how everything works.
