My name is Paolo Castro and my passion for the Mercedes-Benz brand began at a very young age. My first exposure to a Mercedes-Benz was my father’s E-class 300 diesel. I loved it! I am from a large family, as I am one of 14 children. While I was born in Manila, Philippines, I grew up in California. I made the transition to Boston in May 2013 to be closer to family. I have been fortunate to have 10 years of experience working with guests and assisting them with “putting dreams in driveways.” I strive to provide a positive and no-pressure car buying experience. I am proud to be a part of Mercedes-Benz of Boston and I look forward to working with you.

I have been dealing with this dealership for about 30 years. They employ some of the most professional people I have dealt with in the automotive industry. Of particular mention is Patrick Titshaw. Patrick is the service advisor who handles my Mercedes GLE 43 as well as repair work on Monday 38 year old Mercedes SL. He is a true professional and is what makes me return to this dealership for maintenance and repair of both of my Mercedes vehicles. More
