My name is Paolo Castro and my passion for the Mercedes-Benz brand began at a very young age. My first exposure to a Mercedes-Benz was my father’s E-class 300 diesel. I loved it! I am from a large family, as I am one of 14 children. While I was born in Manila, Philippines, I grew up in California. I made the transition to Boston in May 2013 to be closer to family. I have been fortunate to have 10 years of experience working with guests and assisting them with “putting dreams in driveways.” I strive to provide a positive and no-pressure car buying experience. I am proud to be a part of Mercedes-Benz of Boston and I look forward to working with you.

Eric Ilchenko was my salesman at MB of Boston and I can’t say enough great things about him. I traded in my vehicle for a cpo GLC and he made the process so seamless and easy. When I walked into the doors, Ronald offered to help me right away. We discussed the different models I was interested in. He gave me his honest opinion on each one of them and answered all my questions appropriately. I was able to test drive the model I decided on and knew I was going to get it right there and then. Ronald helped me figure out what features I needed and was very patient doing multiple searches to make sure I was presented with all the options of cars that had what I wanted.
