Lied to from Papa I came into test drive a car, experience was fine. Several days later I made an appointment to come in and buy a car. When I arrived my sales person I came into test drive a car, experience was fine. Several days later I made an appointment to come in and buy a car. When I arrived my sales person was not there. Papa lied to me and told me his partner was. The person was big his partner but the Internet sales person. Someone should have called me to tell me my sales person would not be there. I texted the original salesperson to see what's going on and n very received a reply. Terrible experience. More

Dissapointed in response to declination of deal. Got a great deal on an accord from Hall Honda, so I put a partial down payment on the lease being that the specific vehicle i wanted was the only one Got a great deal on an accord from Hall Honda, so I put a partial down payment on the lease being that the specific vehicle i wanted was the only one available, and i live more than an hour away. On the drive to get the car I got a better offer from a different dealer I had already been working with and decided to take the better deal. Showed up at Hall Honda to get a refund and was approached by a manager. Instead of just asking questions about how they lost my business, this individual turned the situation into an emotional tirade and condescendingly questioned my integrity...and implied the down payment, which is apparently non-refundable (I wasnt instructed of this over the phone, so they did give me a refund), was a moral promise instead of a business deal. I dont need my integrity questioned by some guy at a dealership because he's pissed he lost out on a deal. Thats business, pal. I chose the deal that allowed me to retain more of my hard-earned cash to spend it on my family. Everyone is generally friendly and the deals are great. I definately could recommend buying a car but only with the understanding that refunds are apparently non-refundable...and its recommended that you don't back out of a deal unless you're ready for an argument with one certain manager. More

Will always have your back Papa will always be honest and make sure you're taken care of. Every time I've been there and seen him, he is working hard to truly make sure that cus Papa will always be honest and make sure you're taken care of. Every time I've been there and seen him, he is working hard to truly make sure that customers are treated right and everyone is doing the right thing. He is so nice, professional, honest, and makes you feel like he'll always have your back. I've even sent other friends and family to him when they're in the market for a new car and they've all told me they feel the same way. When it comes to this industry, I think those are hard characteristics to find which is why I'll always go back, as long as he's there, when I need something and continue buying Hondas in the future. More
