Excellent customer service We had gone to the Dennis Dublin dealership prior to coming to Roush, they were SO rude at that dealership and we awkwardly stood around waiting for s We had gone to the Dennis Dublin dealership prior to coming to Roush, they were SO rude at that dealership and we awkwardly stood around waiting for someone to help us...even on our second visit. We ultimately left and came to Roush. They were a drastic improvement, someone greeted us immediately and offered us water while we waited. They directed an employee to help us rather than at Dennis where we had to go from salesman to salesman getting rejected for help. Parker was incredibly sincere and patient. He answered all of our questions and gave us appropriate time for test driving. Treated my brother and I with the highest respect, I especially appreciated that he shook hands with both my brother and I since I have had many experiences where only the male who is accompanying me gets greeted. Additionally, our Honda warranty is extended to 7yr/120k miles if we get serviced at Roush which is a phenomenal help and great offer. More
