Salesperson Parker Kelly was polite and not pushy. 5 stars!He did his best to answer my questions and tried hard to help me solve the inconveniences that came up during my car buying experience at Bram 5 stars!He did his best to answer my questions and tried hard to help me solve the inconveniences that came up during my car buying experience at Braman Honda.The only thing Mr. Kelley didn't mention to me was that dealership wouldn't take a digital sight draft from my bank as a form of payment, which made me come back to the dealership once again. On the other hand, the financial person didn't mention anything about the sight draft either, and the manager tried to talk me into using one of their banks to buy the vehicle. On the other hand, the dealership didn't have the car ready for showing it to me, even when I told Ms. Lady Trenco on the phone that I would be there at 5 pm.Amazing! My rating:5 stars for Parker K, 3 for the dealership. More
