I took my Jeep in to get appraised with the intent of being low balled like most of the dealerships around here but that was not he case! I had a very pleasant conversation with my salesman and drove awa being low balled like most of the dealerships around here but that was not he case! I had a very pleasant conversation with my salesman and drove away with a nicer vehicle and saved a ton of money! If anyone is on the market for a new vehicle I would 100 % recommend Stoops! More

My husband and I would recommend Stoops for anyone looking into getting a new ride. They treat you like you're a part of the family. They really work hard to get you into the vehicle you want. As soon as we walked into the dealership he introduced himself and took us straight to meet Henry C. then offered us something to drink. He was so kind an helpful. He got us into the vehicle we was looking for. Before we left the lot Pat gave us a tutorial of the settings and options in our new car. Can't thank them enough. Truly the best. Love my 2018 Buick Encore. More

We found the vehicle we wanted online. When we went in, Pat didn't try to change our minds or show us any other vehicles. My experience in buying a car at Stoops was a pleasant, non-stressful experience! I had postponed getting another car for months and months because I was anxious about the process. For over 15 years I have non-stressful experience! I had postponed getting another car for months and months because I was anxious about the process. For over 15 years I have dealt with the Stoops Service Department, and they were wonderful! So I knew buying another car would definitely be with Stoops. Pat Bowen was wonderfully patient with me. To me, test driving was key, and he made sure I could check out all the driving situations that I was concerned about. Pat explained everything very thoroughly, and I was impressed by his willingness to answer any and all questions (even my trivial ones!). He urged me to contact him in the coming days if I have any further questions. Ryan was very helpful in processing the paper work for my purchase. I definitely am glad to continue my long experience with Stoops! More
