Another amazing experience at Toyota of Brookfield I have been buying Toyota RAV4s from Toyota of Brookfield for years. I love my salesman Pat Duket and Eric who always helps in the purchase of a new I have been buying Toyota RAV4s from Toyota of Brookfield for years. I love my salesman Pat Duket and Eric who always helps in the purchase of a new RAV4. I was recently in for service on my 2008 RAV4 and I love how well I am taken care of in the service department. They diagnose the problem and give me options on how to best take care of it. They also inform me of other things that may need attention on my vehicle in the near future. All this is done professionally and without pressure to have it done right now. I am given time to consider my options. While waiting for my service to be performed I went to look at the new cars and was greeted by Pat Duket with a "Hi Kathy". The last car I bought from him was in 2013 and I still own and drive that RAV4. We caught up and went to say hi to Eric who has helped me purchase my last 3 RAVs. I feel respected and safe with Eric and Pat. I trust them and refer my friends to them. I am so glad that they are there and I don't have to deal with new sales people and finance people every time I come in. They are my Toyota friends for life. Thank you so much! More

Like my car & salesperson, can't stand the process I traded in a car purchased from this dealership less then a year ago. That purchase was tainted from the beginning due to a salesperson that didn't I traded in a car purchased from this dealership less then a year ago. That purchase was tainted from the beginning due to a salesperson that didn't seem to know anything about a Prius and wouldn't listen to us. We ended up with a vehicle we didn't really want and decided to trade it in this year. Our salesperson this time around was helpful but new and seemed somewhat confused about the entire process. I ended up with a car I really like but my finance percentage is higher then anticipated & it took a few extra visits to finalize everything. So no, I would not recommend this dealership at this point and believe the entire car buying procedure should be looked at and reevaluated. This is the third car I've purchased from them. I would have expected better service. On top of that, we get constant emails asking for a review. Hopefully those will end now. More

They were very patient with us, and made the purchase process as painless as possible. They went out of their way to ensure we had a positive experience and agreed on a price that was acceptable to both parties. Waqas Tariq, the Business Manager, was an absolute joy. Picked up my 2020 Camry Saturday. Pat and the staff were the most professional and competent people I ever had in car sales. He made his pitch for additional things but always accepted no for an answer and moved on, big points for that!! I'll be seeing Pat again in 3 years when this lease is over to get another one. More
