The truck is great, of course, but working with Pat Duket makes the whole experience even better. He is extremely knowledgeable and as easy to work with as a car dealer can be. I've purchased a couple of vehicles from Pat and recommend him to anyone looking for a new vehicle. I wish I could give Pat and the dealership six stars because that's what they deserve with how attentive they are and how easy they make it to get into a new car or truck! More

Recently my husband had taken one of our Toyota's in for servicing and was issued a loaner vehicle due to having to keep our vehicle a couple of days. We liked the loaner a lot so he decided to inquire as to when this vehicle and/or other loaners would be on the market for sale. He spoke with Patrick Duket with regard to having an interest in possibly purchasing a lightly used (loaner) vehicle in the near future and he notified us once these loaner's were authorized to be sold. We arranged to come in to take a look at what was available but were not able to meet with Patrick due to him being off when we were able to come in. Patrick arranged for us to meet with his partner Kyle Uhlenhake instead. We met with Kyle and he offered for us to test drive one of the vehicles that we might be interested in. We took it out for a test drive, liked it, but also wanted to inquire about purchasing new vs used. Kyle was very knowledgeable, explaining everything in detail to us, and answering all of our questions. After discussing our options, we made the decision to trade in our oldest Toyota, and to purchase a new 2019 Toyota Corolla. We were treated with the utmost respect and never felt pressured or rushed into making any decision when dealing with the employees we worked with and would highly recommend Brookfield Toyota to our family/friends. He was very patience and walked us through all the paperwork and the cars we were interested in. We did not feel rushed or pushed into buying a car. We searched and found two vehicles that had just been brought in, both of which were of interest to me. Upon calling, we spoke with Brianna D, who was knowledgeable and helpful with all the questions we posed. Upon going in to see the cars, Brianna met us and introduced us to Patrick Duket who test drove both cars with me, answered even MORE questions and ultimately helped me purchase one of them! From the beginning of the process with the Toyota of Brookfield to the end was a time span of just over 24 hours! This team made me feel important, valued and never once made me feel like I was "bothering" them. We have worked with another Toyota location in the past, but after this experience, I do see myself referring my friends and family to, as well as returning to the Toyota of Brookfield for all MY future needs!
