The price communicated in the research phase from a total monthly rate perspective was exactly what the final rate was - I really appreciate that the up front costing model included the taxes/etc that are often added after the fact. Upon arriving at the dealer site, the car was ready and Pat & Chris were fully engaged and ready to rock. Great advice on the car and as well - thank you Pat - sincere offer of ongoing assistance to other family members relative to the new car features/functions. Great experience.
