I loved the process of buying this car. I feel I was treated poorly after I paid for the car. I bought an extended warranty, service contract, gap, and a dent and shield. All of these polic I feel I was treated poorly after I paid for the car. I bought an extended warranty, service contract, gap, and a dent and shield. All of these policies noted that they were CANCELLABLE on the paperwork. When I called to cancel them after a change in life circumstances (4 days after purchase) I was told I HAD to speak to the original finance manager IN PERSON because I had to show ID in regard to fraud and no one else would be able to pull up my paperwork. This was told to me twice both by Pat (In finance) and a female finance manager (Can't remember the name). These were straight LIES as when I came in person it was ONE signature that could've easily been done via e-sign. I was also informed that my sales manager wouldn't cancel the dent and shield due to a $150 fee. This was NOT noted on the paperwork I was sent home with, yet, they gave me very little paperwork to begin with. The whole experience was gimmicky and dishonest in nature. I'll know better than to buy any extras next time. More
