Bought my second CRV from Pat Malik. I only went back to this dealership because Pat has been so good about helping me for the past 7.5 years every time I called with any question. We had a very good experience with Pat Malik during our recent purchase of HONDA-CRV. Pat was very professional with the process and he was prompt in his responses. He was clear from the start that he wanted a satisfied customer and did not rush through the process. He gave a walk-through of the entire workshop for me and my wife and I was impressed by Valley Honda’s space and the entire facility. We test drove two cars after choosing the color. Pat patiently explained all the steps and did it to us twice because the first vehicle had a scratch that could have been rectified but could have delayed the delivery. Kudos to Kevin Frank, for contacting me over email and especially for sharing with me the scratch on the first car before I could take delivery of the car. I could have easily walked away after buying the car with the scratch. Kevin's action showed professionalism and trustworthiness. Pat made sure that it was not a rush job on the getting the second car ready and waited patiently with us even though it was Christmas Eve. Pat also explained the internals of the operation before we took the car out and followed up with us after the sale. Overall, it was a great experience. More
