I had Dom as my sales representative, he was honest and straightforward about all the questions I had for him. Unlike other dealers I have dealt with in the past I was able to get a great price and a great straightforward about all the questions I had for him. I look forward to working with Valley Honda and Dom in the future due to their straightforward and honest approach to their customers. The service center is another highlight of this dealer. I have owned Honda vehicles in the past and have never had an issue with getting service done. It was a good experience, but the service person had to order a part for my car. We only have 800 miles on the car and the dash ligts go out and becomes dark. It sounds like rocks or crackling sounds in my dash. Sounds like something bad is going to happen if it doesn't get fixed. PLUS my GPS quit working. Very dissappointed with this purchase. Seems the saleman had heard about this problem asdid the mechanic BUT i was never told. Not a good way to do business..what do you think????? Im retired and cant afford too many mistakes. Im driving to north carolina in 2 weeksand am afraid to drive this car. They ordered the part. But who knowsi if it will come in? Lee paige More
