I worked with Pat Malik both times ( I purposefully asked for him the 2nd time ) first time was just luck. While buying a car sucks up a lot of your time, the first 2 hours flew by so fast. Pat explains everything thoroughly, is patient and makes sure that you are comfortable with the car before sending you off. Besides that everyone from the front desk to the service (whether on the phone or in person) is extremely friendly and nice. I have yet to have had a bad experience. THIS is why I come back. More
