Very nice, helpful, considerate, just wonderful overall. Walked in fully expecting a repeat of the horrid service from the jerks up by me in St.Charles at McGrath Honda. Started talking to Pat, we discussed the cars history, maintenance, and anything else about it I could ponder up. He walked around the car with me, and stood by me as I looked around the car. The test drive was pleasureful, and Pat was very respectful when we got back and my mother and I began talking in the car. He saw that we were talking and offered to stay in the freezing rain to let us discuss. (I mean freezing rain, was about 45 degrees and pouring buckets like no tomorrow) The whole experience of test driving was wrapped up and done in all of 45 minutes (McGrath held us for two hours to test drive a car sitting out front...the keys were on the desk). I've never been in a better mood leaving a dealership. I will absolutely be coming back. More
