My wife and I have just bought our fifth Honda from Valley Honda since 2014. (Three Odysseys, a Civic and now a CR-V) Obviously we like the Hondas or we wouldn’t keep going back to that brand. But mor Valley Honda since 2014. (Three Odysseys, a Civic and now a CR-V) Obviously we like the Hondas or we wouldn’t keep going back to that brand. But more than that we really like the Valley Honda Dealership and our salesman, Pat Malik. In my experience, having the same salesman for nine straight years is almost unheard of. Pat’s knowledge of all the various models and trim levels is almost encyclopedic and my wife and I have never felt pressured or pushed to make a purchase we did not want. The prices we’ve been able to negotiate have always been fair and sales staff at Valley Honda genuinely seem to value our repeat business. Pat has also been very willing to help us after the sale with becoming acclimated with the features on our new car. Speaking of after-the-sale perks, the Service Department at Valley Honda is the best I’ve ever seen, (and I’ve owned cars since 1969). Big screen TV’s, comfortable chairs, numerous loaner computers, Starbucks coffee and 30 or 40 service bays make this the best service experience I’ve ever had. They really know how to treat the customer at Valley Honda. More
