Pat Moss is the worst general manager . I went to buy a car and he wouldn’t even send my info to the bank and his response was I should claim bankruptcy. He turned me away, i went to Volks . He turned me away, i went to Volkswagen in Tampa and they were able to assist me with buying a Jeep. Before I went to Volkswagen, I tried getting calling him back and getting a co signer and he wouldn’t even answer any of my phone calls. Is that the type of guy you want assisting you to buy a car ?! Who tells a customer they have a vehicle on their lot going through their shop for pre-delivery inspection, has the customer drive 2 hours to get there only to find out the car isn’t even in their inventory.
