I dealt with Patrick Scogin to obtain parts to repair my luggage rack. Patrick was very helpful and friendly when ordering parts for me and with working with me on a time to install the parts. It was a re luggage rack. Patrick was very helpful and friendly when ordering parts for me and with working with me on a time to install the parts. It was a relatively minor repair but he went out of his way to make certain that I was taken care of with a smile. Trudy was also very friendly and efficient. Thanks to them I would come back for service in the future. More

I feel everyone at Pappas went above and beyond to make sure everything was as pleasant as possible. It took two hrs for a oil change, due to computer problems. Just felt this was too long to wait for this service. Was late picking up my grandkids. They don't offer any service not needed. The service provided is done correctly. The waiting room is nice and comfortable.
