We have been in the market for a Kia Carnival, we reached out to several dealerships and found one at Gay KIA we wanted to look at. This van is hard to come by and Pat was very helpful and patient in letting out to several dealerships and found one at Gay KIA we wanted to look at. This van is hard to come by and Pat was very helpful and patient in letting us decide if this was the car for us and which color my wife liked better. He was also very knowledgeable on the whole process from pitching the car and our trade in to all the functions the car has and the warranty policy. He also took the time to walk us through all those functions on the car to make sure we understood them. Pat was great to work with and I would recommend buying a car from him. More

We were met warmly and quickly attended to when we first arrived to the dealership. When picking a vehicle we were impressed by Pat (Smith)'s knowledge about the products. We did not feel undue pressure to arrived to the dealership. When picking a vehicle we were impressed by Pat (Smith)'s knowledge about the products. We did not feel undue pressure to buy, but were moved by the enthusiasm of the staff about the vehicles. He was knowledgeable, patient, and professional. We enjoyed all of our interactions with him. We felt that we were able to negotiate a fair price, and appreciated how quickly Pat responded to communications. On the day of the purchase, he personally escorted us to each stage of the process and gave a comprehensive orientation to the vehicle. Would definitely recommend Gay Kia to others. More
