Pat did a horrible job informing me on what day my car would be ready. Also had an appointment and my car wasn’t looked at until the next day. Then got told I would need to take out a claim even though th would be ready. Also had an appointment and my car wasn’t looked at until the next day. Pat was suppose to call me on Friday but did not, then accused me of lying when he did Monday. After I picked up my car there was no information on if I got an oil change if not and it was just a horrible experience. More
