I was treated very well. I called Bruce and he said bring it right in. They gave me a nice loaner and I was on my way. Not sure I'd this is for oil change on F150 or warranty work on Edge. Oil change was convenient as always. Warranty work the first time we dropped off they were not sure if they had enough time so resche work on Edge. Oil change was convenient as always.
