We recently had an experience with Annapolis Subaru that truly showcased their commitment to customer satisfaction and exceptional service recovery. After a storm damaged our Outback, an independent body sh truly showcased their commitment to customer satisfaction and exceptional service recovery. After a storm damaged our Outback, an independent body shop was unable to get the part necessary to complete the repair for several months. At our whit’s end, we reached out to our dealership for help. This was not their problem to fix but we were unable to obtain a resolution weeks into this ordeal and didn’t know what else to do. The team at Annapolis Subaru demonstrated an exemplary level of professionalism, empathy, and dedication to resolving our issue. What stood out the most was the dealership’s proactive approach to finding a solution to this problem they did not create. They identified resources locally and at the national brand level who could quickly source the part. They were transparent and communicated effectively. After 9 weeks of run-around, Annapolis Subaru resolved the issue in 5 business days. We have purchased 3 Subarus from Annapolis Subaru. Seeing their dedication to ensuring customer happiness sets them apart from other dealerships. I highly recommend Annapolis Subaru for anyone in search of not only quality vehicles but also a dealership that values its customers and stands behind its products. More

We worked with Andre to purchase a new 2020 Forester in the colors and model we wanted. Not once were we upsold or pressured to purchase something already on the lot, as we had to wait a couple days for the color combo we wanted to arrive. Once our vehicle was in, Andre provided a 5-star delivery with a full tank of gas. In the end, we couldn't have been happier with our purchase! More

Worst car buying experience ever! They don't want customers The sales agents and managers at Annapolis Subaru lack professionalism. The don't return calas, don't respond to emails and you have to chase them down to get a status. The car I owned for 12 years finally gave in, so, I searched for a replacement. I found a used bmw convertible online and made inquiry. I went in store and test drove it. I was told that vehicle had passed inspection. With their permission, I drove vehicle to my mechanic for inspection and he said it would have failed his inspection. There were several problems, the top would not open or close properly, the windshield needed replacement, and the engine service light was on. I shared this with the manager and he brushed me off. I informed that I would buy it once they fixed it. Financing was approved. I was prepared to leave a down payment on the vehicle, but was told it was non-refundable. After two weeks of being told that vehicle was being repaired, I heard nothing more. I called and left messages and sent email for status, no response. Finally, I called the gm, no response. I escalated to exec vp who did return my call and he told me that he'll have used car manager call me within 10 minutes. That call never came. HOWEVER, laterThat evening, I received an email from sales agent that vehicle was sold. Vp asked me to forward my emails to him and said he would get back to me the next day. I sent emails, he never got back to me. I followed up with vp and expressed my frustration of lack of communication from top down, and his response was "at the end of the day, it was better that things didn't work out because they could not meet my expectations". What I expected was professional courtesy, timely responses, and truth. Apparently, they don't care about quality service or customer satisfaction. I took my business elsewhere and purchased a new car. More
