Getting to know my customers and providing them with a great buying experience are the best parts of my job. As a sales consultant for the John Eagle Honda dealership of Dallas, I have the opportunity to meet many people from all walks of life. My willingness to help, listen, and communicate well with my guests has never changed, regardless of my job. I respect their budget and give them the product knowledge necessary to make a smart purchase. Customer satisfaction is always my goal! My colleagues and friends know me as someone who enjoys making others smile, prides herself on honesty and integrity, and a foodie. When it comes to life outside of the dealership, I enjoy bowling, sewing, bike riding, traveling, trying new foods, and spending time with family and friends, especially Madison, my Pomeranian fur-baby. I look forward to meeting you soon and providing you with a painless buying process that is fast yet informative, easy, and enjoyable.

My husband and I set an appointment to come take a test drive of a CR-V that we saw online. We had set the appointment with a salesman. When we arrived and asked for him she told us that "he has left fo drive of a CR-V that we saw online. We had set the appointment with a salesman. When we arrived and asked for him she told us that "he has left for the day and that she would help us." We thought that was odd because we had spoken with him 2 hours prior. We sat down at her desk and she asked if we were "gonna buy today or just shop." We told her that we hadn't decided and wanted to see/drive the CR-V. Her attitude immediately changed. She hastily showed us the Cr-V. While on the test drive she actually took a personal phone call.(we couldn't believe how rude that was.) Needless to say we returned to the used car building as soon as we could. We got out of the CR-V and went directly to our car. She tried to get us to go back to her office but there was 0 chance of that happening. We proceded over to Irving and bought a Brand New CR-V for just a bit more than their used one. On Monday the salesman we originally spoke with called and asked why we missed the appointment. We told him the whole story and he was Shocked. He told me that he was there all day and NEVER left the Dealership. He apologized and asked us to come back. We told him that we had bought somewhere else. These people have no idea what they are doing. More

I called John Eagle and agreed upon a price for the vehicle I wanted. I got there and they 1) didn’t have the vehicle I wanted and 2) lied about the pricing we agreed upon. They were completely unprofe vehicle I wanted. I got there and they 1) didn’t have the vehicle I wanted and 2) lied about the pricing we agreed upon. They were completely unprofessional and wasted over 2 hours of my time. Don’t waste your time coming here. I went to Vandergriff Honda in Arlington, Texas and had the best custom service and got the vehicle I wanted for way less than John Eagle quoted (the same company that gave me a quote and then put an extra several thousand dollars on the paperwork when I got there). Don’t be like me and waste your time with them. they have the worst customer service. Even the manager agreed he didn’t pay attention to the quote when they quoted me and my sales rep, Ashton, told me the AWD would be $100 more when it was really $1400 more. He just said it to get me in the dealership. Ridiculous. I also had another sales reps Patricia, that never answered my calls and never showed her face when all the pricing was wrong. I do not recommend this dealership. More

Patricia was exactly what I needed I had already been to multiple dealerships and didn't have the best experience with Toyota of Dallas. That being said, I was relieved when I got the f I had already been to multiple dealerships and didn't have the best experience with Toyota of Dallas. That being said, I was relieved when I got the first woman sales associate since looking for a car. Patricia was exactly what I needed, a sales associate who listened to me and stayed in the range I could afford. I personally didn't want someone who was pushy, and she was the perfect amount of helping me but also did not force me to do anything. During the buying process, I had to leave for a job in the middle of it, but she went ahead and got the car detailed and ready for me and made coming back to finish finances a smooth easy process. I definitely recommend her for anyone looking to get a car and want someone who will listen. More

Very Impressive Patricia Jointer was my sales associate on the preowned vehicle side of the dealership. Excellent person to work with. I would recommend her to anyone Patricia Jointer was my sales associate on the preowned vehicle side of the dealership. Excellent person to work with. I would recommend her to anyone that is in the market for a quality preowned vehicle. Could not have asked for a better experience from everyone that I was in contact with at the dealership. Dwayne Davis in finance was also great to work with. Thanks More

Told Lacey when I walked in that I had two other dealerships to look at that day and his response was " you can cancel those, you won't be needing them" He was right. The price was right, the conversation was fun and Patricia was as nice as you could hope for. Hate the location, long way from Wylie, but it was well worth the drive. More

The ONLY reason I’m not giving them 1 Star, is because of Patricia and Craig. We went to John Eagle Honda Used Cars on December 24th, to look at a Honda Pilot we saw online. When we arrived, our salesperson Patricia and Craig. We went to John Eagle Honda Used Cars on December 24th, to look at a Honda Pilot we saw online. When we arrived, our salesperson was unavailable, so we had to deal with Albert Sanders. His attitude is very unprofessional, condescending and off- putting. When we sat down with him, we chatted for a second, then he excused himself to check on the vehicle we had inquired about, but not before turning his Maze Christmas music on his computer WAAAY up! When he got back, he was saying some mumbo jumbo about how the vehicle was priced too low and how it makes them look desperate for sales, etc. I told him that whatever the price is online, is what we expected to get. He said, “not necessarily”. He left to look for the vehicle on the tiny lot, came back in the building, didn’t say anything to us, went back out then came back into his office to tell us that the car was blocked in, and the car that was blocking it, had a dead battery. He offered to show us a similar model, but we asked to see the one we were planning on purchasing. He said, “time out (using the time-out hand gesture🙄) time out. What exactly is it y’all want to do?” We said that the car is just blocked in. We don’t need to look at another of the same style. He paused a minute and said “ok”. We head out, and he pointed (didn’t walk us to it) us in the direction of the vehicle. I asked him to get the key and he “obliged”. We didn’t see him again, until we were about to leave. When I got to the vehicle, it was NOT blocked in! So he lied! The battery was, in fact, dead, but it was not blocked by any other vehicle. Why lie? At that time, Craig Lilly (the assistant manager) came out and apologized to us, showed us the vehicle and chatted with us about what was going on with it. We told him of our dissatisfaction with Albert and that we didn’t want to deal with him ever again! Since the lot was about to close, at that point, we told Craig we’d be back after Christmas. If it had not been for Craig and Patricia, we would have never stepped foot back on that lot. We ultimately didn’t purchase, although we already had our financing, because they weren’t willing to budge on the price even though the vehicle has been on the lot for 2 months. We bid them ado, drove right to Burleson Honda, and purchased the same one (with 2,000 more miles) with no haggling. They accepted our offer, we signed the papers and were on our way. More

The only reason I didn't give a 5 star was because we waited for a very long time before someone from finance sat down with us. And no one came to address us or to let us know how long it will be. There was no one else waiting it was just us, so I didn't understand why they had us wait for so long. But once we met with the finance person, all was good, and also he didn't pressure us to get anything we didn't want. So overall, aside for the wait for financing, it was a great experience. More
