Thank You I just wanted to say thank you to Patty Kleber and Marc Handelsman for their help and advice concerning my new Toyota Corolla lease. This is my 4th le I just wanted to say thank you to Patty Kleber and Marc Handelsman for their help and advice concerning my new Toyota Corolla lease. This is my 4th lease from Faulkner Toyota – Trevose, so needless to say, I can not say enough about the professional and knowledgeable sales staff there. After a few phone calls with Patty Kleber, she was able to have all of my paperwork ready for terminating my current lease and also have the preliminary paperwork ready for my new lease when I arrived at the dealership. Assisting Patty this time was Marc Handelsman, who along with Patty answered all of my questions about the new car and lease. They also showed me a few different colors that were available before deciding on the one I wanted after my test drive. The car I selected was then sent into the service area to be prepared for delivery while Marc completed all of my paperwork Tim Galen was great in explaining all the financial details and making sure I understood everything before signing any documents. Tim was also very professional and had all of my paperwork completed in a timely manner. Thanks again Tim!! In closing I would just like to say that I will continue, as I have had in the past, to strongly recommend this dealership and sales staff Patty Kleber and Marc Handelsman, to all my family and friends. Of several dealerships, Faulkner Toyota is by far gave us excellent pricing and mos I reviewed the dealerships in NJ and PA for a 2015 Sienna AWD XLE. Of several dealerships, Faulkner Toyota is by far gave us excellent pricing and most important excellent customer service from beginning to end of sale. I am just amazed with their service and pricing - hands down. In the past, I bought two of my Toyota in NJ to support my community but this time it was sad that they cannot compete with Faulkner Toyota. Again Faulkner Toyota is in a league by themselves. If you want excellent price, excellent customer service, and no pressure, I highly recommend Faulkner Toyota. I informed all my church members of my buying experience. We end up buying a 2015 AWD, XLE with upgraded sound system and NAV, and Pearl white color at excellent price from Patty and Mike. These people are the go-to people. I have been a Toyota Customer since 1998 and was not too pleased with my last purchase, in lieu of the oil consumption issue for my 2007 Camry. Patty Kleber walked me into the Service Department and they resolved this issue too! I was treated like a "valued customer" and the entire experience was a great one! Patty was one of 2 that provided what I asked for and repeatedly answered all of my questions with a pleasant manner. She was willing to communicate via email and a few short phone calls. She was extremely responsive and thorough. She gladly worked within my crazy work schedule and provided me with all the information we needed to make a decision. When we picked up the car, Mike met us and took the time to make sure we were comfortable with all the features of the car and has followed up twice since our purchase to check in and make sure we don't have any questions. Extremely friendly, and super nice to work with. We had not bought a new car in 15 years and were skeptical going into the car buying process, but we were blown away by how seamless, friendly, and low pressure this experience has been.
