I live over 2 hrs away and it is definately worth the drive if you ask me. Patty from internet sales is hard working and does her best to give me a great deal. Also ,Mike DeGuida (sales consultant) was extremly nice and very knowledgeable about the SUV we were buying. Domenic in finance made everything go quickly and he was very helpful. More

He took the time to explain all of the details of my new lease and he also demonstrated all of the different features of the 2014 Corolla before I drove it out of the dealership. Mike understood that it was important for me to keep within my budget, and he was able to get me a good price for my new lease. Mike was great to work with and I never felt pressured or rushed to sign the new lease, as you do at some dealerships. I also want to thank Patty Kleber, Internet Sales Manager, who was great in responding to my phone calls and e-mails these past few weeks concerning my end of lease options. She also provided me with information on a new lease for a few of the different 2014 Toyota models that I was interested in possibly leasing. She was very responsive and answered all of my questions in a timely manner. My niece previously purchased a car through Patty because of my recommendation, and I will continue to recommend Faulkner Toyota to my family and friends. I would also like to thank Bill Blythe in Finance Department for going over and explaining all of the financial details and options of my new lease. I look forward to working with Mike, Patty and Bill on car #4 when my lease expires in 3 years!!!! More

Duped!!! Recently this year(2014) I was thinking of paying off the two vehicles my husband and I purchased at Faulkner Toyota in August of 2009. This purcha Recently this year(2014) I was thinking of paying off the two vehicles my husband and I purchased at Faulkner Toyota in August of 2009. This purchase was made during the big trade-in promotion "Cash for Clunkers", so we decided that we would take advantage of the deal and went over to the dealership. It was very busy and we were told that they might be low on the stock of cars we could choose from but that we both would qualify(vehicles) I looked at a red Corolla, which happened to have been driven by the staff and already had 2045 miles on it and was told by Patty that it would still be sold as new. However, after discussion with her boss they agreed that the price would go down 2,000.(great) My husband wanted a silver Camry. All was well, but it took them an extremely long time to get things done. We were asked to return the next day because they were so busy and since we were going to get the cars we agreed. When we arrived the next day they were very busy again and we ended up waiting around 4 hours until my husband, who is a Pastor of a church in the area, had to return to work. O.K. day 3! We arrived and the paper work process began, we waited....probably 2-3hrs and went to lunch at Neshaminy Mall and then returned. Finally The papers were ready to sign and IN GOOD FAITH we signed them, the payments seemed to be our only concern and they were in order. Now, back to the original story(payoff) I pulled out the original documents only to find that we had not been given the 4500.00 discount on one of the cars. In fact not only were NOT given the discount for the used Corolla, we were charged Full Price for the Camry. This breaks my heart! ( By the way we traded a 2001 Honda Odyssey and a 1998 Honda Accord for the deal) I'm not sure what recourse, if any I have but I am sure that we will NEVER recommend Faulkner Toyota or Patricia Kleber to anyone. The waiting around at dealerships leaves one too vulnerable and too much trickery can and will happen!!! Deborah H. More

I will start off be saying that this will be a glowing review for Faulkner Toyota that I feel compelled to share with others who too are in need of a good buying experience. This transaction was in compl review for Faulkner Toyota that I feel compelled to share with others who too are in need of a good buying experience. This transaction was in complete contrast to the experience I had in 2012 with Lawrence Toyota, now under the Team umbrella, but with the same people still working there. The car buying process is usually a stressful event based on some past experiences as I eluded to. I researched several makes and models and kept coming back to the 2014 Corolla S Premium. Once I decided that was the car to buy, I started searching dealer inventories. Faulkner Toyota was showing the exact car and color I was looking for. I emailed Patty for the internet price. She promptly emailed me a price quote that I thought was very fair. I then decided to call her. I have inquired about this car with others at various dealerships, but Patty was different and came across very sincere and wanted to earn my business despite the fact I live in NJ and may or may not be a serious buyer. The car I wanted was in transient and had not arrived at the dealership yet. Patty kept me informed and ensured me that she would call me as soon as it arrived. In the meantime, Patty and I discussed the particulars of the sale. I was happy with the sale price. I knew the Toyota finance rate. I just needed a fair trade-in price on my current vehicle. Patty served as the liaison with the used car manager. Of course, this was not binding without them seeing my car in person. I told Patty to tag the new car as mine upon delivery to the dealership. The car arrived from Canada within a couple of days with two miles on the odometer. I took my current vehicle in for a trade evaluation and to complete the purchase. Patty introduced me to Michael who would handle the actual sales aspect of the vehicle. So far so good, but I am still a little apprehensive and I was hoping Michael would be just as good as Patty. I ended up with a fair trade-in offer. I had all the pieces I needed to complete the transaction. Michael was very easy tell deal with. We worked up the numbers and without the Four Square Worksheet (look it up). The Four Square worksheet never made an appearance, "major kudos!" I shared my horror story about Lawrence Toyota and stated that I am still expecting something has to go wrong because this so far was too good to be true. I am still waiting for the let down. I was then introduced to Domenic (Finance Business Manager). Maybe this is where it goes wrong I was thinking. Domenic turned out to be outstanding as well. He was very patient and went out of his way to make sure that I understood every part of the contract. I stated to Domenic and Michael that I was pleasantly surprised with my buying experience at Faulkner Toyota. Michael walked me to the new car and went over all the features. He was not quick to get me out the door to snag another customer. Again, I felt compelled to share my good buying experience at Faulkner Toyota and I want everyone to know. Thank you Patty, Michael, and Domenic! I will be doing my services and future business at Faulkner Toyota. More

I came to this dealership with high hopes that I would get the same trade value or close as I was given by other dealers, since there slogan was "top dollar for your trade", this was definitely not the tr get the same trade value or close as I was given by other dealers, since there slogan was "top dollar for your trade", this was definitely not the truth. I was insulted by my trade offer. If I could have done this again I would have walked out, and took by buisness elsewhere. I did not leave feeling excited about my new purchase, I left being upset feeling like I was taken advantage of on my trade. We waited quite a long time also, as there was sales people huddled up all around the dealership. I'm still happy with my vehicle, but Toyota built that not the dealership. More

When I arrived at Toyota, I had intended to only check out a car and what the final price would be. I was very pleased when I met with Patty, who was professional and made me feel comfortable. I also f out a car and what the final price would be. I was very pleased when I met with Patty, who was professional and made me feel comfortable. I also felt very comfortable with Bill and Dom, they were all professional and friendly. They all worked diligently to get the paper work done, so that I could make my next appointment. When I walked out of there, I felt satisfied that I had made the right purchase a would continue to get the same friendly service when I bring my car in for maintenance. I certainly would recommend Faulkner Toyota to anyone interested in purchasing a car. Peggy McKee More

Purchased a Toyota Yaris based on internet price quote and email correspondence. Email and phone interaction went well. We had our own financing. Agreed to provide deposit and a check for balance. We and email correspondence. Email and phone interaction went well. We had our own financing. Agreed to provide deposit and a check for balance. We asked to hold check until finds cleared in account. They were on hold for 5 business days. Was told that is fine. Check was deposited immediately although we were reassured by two people that it would not be done. If it could not be done, then the promise should not have been made. At the dealership: Upon arrival at dealer to complete paperwork and transaction, we were turned over to someone else to complete process. I had already contacted insurance company twice being put on hold to get proof of insurance and save time; now to be asked to make the necessary call by dealer - (in my experience dealership did the leg work and passed the phone to customer to verify. ) After being on hold with insurance company and having document faxed over, was then told at dealership that proof provided was not enough and although documentation showed clearly that husband was included on coverage, they wanted a declaration page (never heard of it and never had to do before - purchased Cadillac through Faulkner, six months ago; and another vehicle earlier.) After 20-30 minutes in this process; was told it was not necessary that they would take the word of the person on the phone from insurance company. Huh?! No one showed us how to use the car? How do you set up bluetooth? How do you program radio? Nothing. Just the cars out there, do you have any questions? However we were badgered for an extended warranty. I emphatically rejected warranty only to have someone else come in and pitch it. If the same level of detail was given getting us acquainted with the new vehicle that was used to sell warranties I would not be writing this review. I am suspecting that because we weren't spending 40-50,000.00 is why we were treated so poorly. I would not recommend the dealership. Weeks later, we received the Title in the mail which should have gone to the financer. More
