I would like to update my previous review. After my first review, management was very quick to contact me. They were also very quick to make the situation right. After discussing with the service department, review, management was very quick to contact me. They were also very quick to make the situation right. After discussing with the service department, I believe the sales rep really did believe the "perform Service" message was indeed an indicator for an oil change. I still would have bought the truck knowing the true meaning of the message. The price and the truck were that good. This is hands down the best dealer service department I have ever dealt with. The friendliness and professionalism is top notch. I will be using this service department again and I would definitely recomennd them. Would I buy a vehicle from them again? Absolutely! I bought my truck used "as is". I was told the perform service message would be cleared when I picked it up. While I'm not a lawyer, I doubt they were legally obligated to make these repairs in order to clear the message. They honored their word and I greatly respect that. I've bought new cars before, other brands/Dealers, and had a more difficulty getting repairs that were under warranty. Mark Hudson More

I broke down outside of Chattanoga and had to be towed to Crown. Unfortunately, it was after hours. Trisha from service and Matt from the mechanics group agreed to stay and wait for me and the tow. It was Crown. Unfortunately, it was after hours. Trisha from service and Matt from the mechanics group agreed to stay and wait for me and the tow. It was at least a couple of hours after normal hours and they willingly agreed to stay and wait. The ultimate result was no work required - I was on my way to Atlanta and had temporarily fixed the issue. Matt took the car out for a trial ride and agreed it would hold until I got to Atlanta and could get it properly addressed. I cannot tell you the feeling of comfort and appreciation felt with both Trisha and Matt. Great employees and certainly ambassadors for Crown Chrysler. Thanks to both of them. John Steele More

My vehicle appears fixed. Previous dealer had it 4 months and it orked only 30 miles. Your crew had it going in two days and knew where he needed to go to getthe part from mercedes that Chrysler does not hav and it orked only 30 miles. I would recommend the use of the Crown service department because with my experience with them they were very professional, courteous, and kept me informed at all times. No service was performed without my k because with my experience with them they were very professional, courteous, and kept me informed at all times. No service was performed without my knowledge and the cost of each repair. Patricia was especially helpful because she seemed to genuinely care about the service of the vehicle and that it was done correctly. She seems to take a personal interest in each aspect of her job. I had purchased a 2008 Dodge Viper from a Texas dealership that had a few issues when I brought it back to Chattanooga, TN. I took it to Crown Dodge and I couldn't be happier with the service that dealership that had a few issues when I brought it back to Chattanooga, TN. I took it to Crown Dodge and I couldn't be happier with the service that I received. Not only was my Viper diagnosed correctly, the technician took me back to explain what was happening with the vehicle. The parts I needed to order arrived quickly and I was even offered a shuttle service, free of charge, back to my place of work while they repaired my vehicle. I have owned other Vipers before and have taken them to other dealerships where the friendliness and service was marginal. One dealership even left the keys to my Viper in the ignition while customers were browsing other vehicles in the lot! At Crown, I honestly feel as if they care for my concerns and they really do. Although my vehicle was not kept over night, they assured me that security was one of their core values. They secure all vehicles and treat them with great respect. It's hard to beat the free big screen TV, water, and snacks provided while you wait for your vehicle in the lobby. I will be sure to return whenever I need my vehicles serviced and when I am in the market for another vehicle. More
